,At Clackmannanshire Women's Aid we understand that the changes put in place by the government to help tackle Covid-19 could have a serious impact for those living with domestic abuse. The Government have stated that household isolation does not apply if you are fleeing domestic abuse.
We are currently offering pre-arranged appointments at our public office, walking appointments and phone, text and email support. Please call us on 01259 721407 or email info@clackswomensaid.org.uk to discuss. Our office is open until 16:00 every day, excluding weekends.

Information for women attending appointments in our public office
In order to provide you and our staff with a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued, the following arrangements will be in place when you visit our public office:
If we are showing any symptoms of covid-19, or have been in contact with anyone affected in the last 14 days, we will not attend the office.
We ask you to do the same.
If you or your support worker develop symptoms, we will have to disclose your attendance to our office to NHS Contact Tracers. By attending our office, you are giving consent to this. If you do not wish to disclose this to Contact Tracers, please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements for support.

- Women and children can only enter the office with a pre-arranged appointment. To schedule an appointment, please phone on 01259 721 407 or email at info@clackswomensaid.org.uk
- Visitors to sanitise hands at station provided upon entry
- Visitors can wear masks if this feels more comfortable, however social distancing will be adhered to
- We are unable to offer you any tea or coffee
- Doors will be left open in rooms for ventilation purposes. To ensure confidentiality, there will only be one other worker in the office at any time
- Appointments are limited to 45 minutes
- There will be disinfectant wipes in the bathroom to ensure surfaces can be cleaned before and after use
